I have a full size Solaire Grill and it does not get hot, what should I do?

If you are using propane gas and the grill does not get hot, it's likely you have a supply line problem as the grills are all tested before they are packaged.

If you are using natural gas, has the grill been converted?  Solaire 27G, 27GXL, 30" and 42" are all set up at the factory for propane gas and include a natural gas conversion kit.  (The regulator cap needs to be flipped to read "NAT" and the orifices need to be changed)
