My remote doesn't work

If it is a millivolt remote control, try the following:

1) Replace the batteries in both the remote (transmitter) and receiver (black box)
2) Be sure the valve knob is turned to the "ON" position
* Most of the time, the problem is bad batteries in the receiver

If it is battery powered (SkyTech - EASY) remote system, try the following:

1) Replace the batteries in both the remote (transmitter) and receiver (black box)
2) Push and hold the learn button down for 10 seconds, then release to clear the receiver frequency
3) Push and release the learn button once and then release
4) Push the on button on the remote (transmitter)
*Same sequence for wireless wall switch, wall timer, wall thermostat
