Do your gas logs have a certification?

Our Vent-Free and "F" Vented Burner gas logs are certified by OMNI Testing Laboratories which are one of the many whole alphabet soup of independent third-party testing laboratories and listing agencies who test products to recognized standards.   This is what is important, not necessarily the letters of the lab who does the listing, as there are many qualified labs/agencies who list products, such as UL, RADCO, ETL, among others.  We used to use CSA (who bought our IAS, which was formed when CGA labs and AGA labs merged), but dropped them due to poor customer service.  Same for RADCO.  Omni-Test Labs is the agency we use for all of our gas log products.

Attached is the logo for OMNI. You will see that it is similar to that of CSA and includes the “C” and “US” with the same meaning as that of the CSA logo that your customer needs.  All of our ALTERNA vent-free sets and all of our Yellow Flame pan burner sets are listed for Canada and US.  We need to update our Chillbuster listings with French instructions in order to receive the “C” for those sets.

Please view the following links below for the certifications and approvals:
